Your health and safety are a top priority for us here at Portfolio Picture Framers. With the current concerns of Coronavirus (COVID - 19) we want you to know that we are committed to doing our part to keep both our customers and staff healthy.
Being a small store away from busy shopping centres and crowds, we are providing a safe and clean space for you to come in for a framing consultation without stress or chaos. We are aware of the “social distancing” measures and this can be achieved throughout your consult, especially since our benches are 1.1m wide, we can certainly accommodate a distance of 1.5m at all times. We also ask for EFTPOS payments where possible to avoid cash handling.
We have also increased our cleaning and are using antibacterial wipes on our benches and frame samples after every customer. We will also be wiping down the door handles and EFTPOS machine after every customer.
We would also ask that if you are feeling unwell please take care of yourself and those around you. Should this be the case or if you prefer not to visit us in-store we are always happy to help you out via email and sending you some framing options and quotes via email. If you wish to go ahead with your emailed quote, we will work with you to drop off and collect your items with minimal to no contact. Our opening hours remain unchanged and we are open from:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
